Overview of Qualification

The Certificate 4 Training and Assessment is the qualification required to deliver and assess accredited training in a workplace such as an RTO (Registered Training Organisation.

This qualification also meets the needs of those who have a role in training and assessing the performance of others in their current employment, or those aspiring to have this responsibility in a future role ie supervisors and team leaders.

Time to complete the new Certificate 4 Training and Assessment?

Ballinger Training offers both night courses and day courses.

Day Course: 3 days per week for 4 weeks

Night Course: 2 nights per week for 9 weeks.
