Certificate IV Training & Assessment-BSZ to TAE Face to Face

Overview of qualification

This course allows you to upgrade your BSZ qualification to the new TAE40110. The Certificate 4 Training and Assessment is the qualification required to deliver and assess accredited training in a workplace such as an RTO (Registered Training Organisation).

This qualification also meets the needs of those who have a role in training and assessing the performance of others in their current employment, or those aspiring to have this responsibility in a future role ie supervisors and team leaders.
 

Duration

This course consists of 3 face-to-face session comprising of 2 days of workshops and 1 day of peer training.

2.      TAAENV402B Foster and promote an inclusive learning culture

3.      TAAENV403B Ensure a healthy safe learning environment

4.      TAADES401B Use training packages to meet client’s needs

5.      TAAASS401C Plan and organise assessment

6.      TAAASS402C Assess competence

7.      TAADES402B Develop learning programs

8.      TAADEL401C Plan and organise group based delivery

9.      TAADEL402C Facilitate group based learning

10.  TAADEL405B Coordinate and facilitate distance based learning

11.  TAADEL403B Facilitate individual learning

12.  TAADEL404B Facilitate work-based learning

13.  TAAASS403B Develop assessment tools

14.  TAAASS404B Participate in assessment validation

Evidence collected for the TAA units is then mapped to TAE units.  Upon completion you will be awarded TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
 

Assessment requirements

To be awarded the Certificate 1V in Training and Assessment you will be required to demonstrate competence in 14 units by

1. Attending a 2-day workshop, participating in activities and completing a workbook during class.

2. Researching and delivering a session to the group on day 3 on a topic that is related to the 4 new units covered during the workshop.

3. Either providing RPL evidence for the 4 units that have partial equivalence or completing written assignments.

4. Providing a certified copy of your BSZ40198 certificate and a copy of an up to date resume.
