Overview of Qualification:

This qualification addresses work primarily in residential facilities under direct or regular supervision within clearly defined organizational guidelines and service plans.

 

Outcomes of the course:

To ensure workers have the necessary knowledge and skills to:

1.      Carry out activities to maintain personal care for people in an aged care setting

2.      Carry out other activities for living for people in an aged care facility.

3.      Follow an individualised plan
